When he was 5 years old, his grandmother handed him a King James Bible and told him that it was the Word of God, and that it contained all truth and no errors. As a child, he was just simple-minded enough to believe her. Entering full-time ministry at the age of 15, Pastor Ed has served churches in Indiana, Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and Florida before moving to the Eastern Shore. The author of over 40 books, he has earned 6 college and seminary degrees including a Th.D. (Doctor of Theology) and Ph.D. (History). Having travelled all over the world, and having preached in several countries on 4 continents, he still rightly describes himself as, "just an old-fashioned country preacher." Sunday after Sunday he faithfully proclaims the truth from the same old Bible that his grandmother gave him when he was a small boy. And he still believes every word of it!
